  • Li Shizhen Pulse Diagnosis 2025

Do you want to get better at pulse palpation?

Do you believe there is actually 27 distinct pulses based on Li Shizhen 李時珍 assessments?

Do you wish there was a logical and more objective way to measure what Li Shizhen 李時珍 so poetically describe?

In this series of 4 day lecture with practicals, we will examine how to use this ancient diagnostic tool. This course demystify palpation techniques. How and why these tiny vessels can tell the practitioner the patient’s history, present and plausible future tendencies. Fortify a medical in-depth application of these vessels through the yin and yang, nanjing and yijing principles. Simplified the objective mechanics into characteristics for easier categorization. After this modular, the next three in this series will lead a practitioner to know all 27 pulses. We will revisited how Chinese medicine’ pattern differentiation can treat common and uncommon symptom manifestations.

Modular I: Using objective mechanics to decipher Li Shizhen 李時珍 Ancients’ pulse readings [approved for NCCAOM 7 PDA (6 AOM OM + 1 Safety)]
